Notes on TP: The Spanish title page is printed in the middle of an architectural enclave, between two pillars, on a roundel surmounted by the globe, touched by the figures on the pedestrals at the bases of the pillars on either side. Above is the inscription: "FECIT DEVS DVO LVMINARIA MAGNA" printed between engravings of the sun and moon. Next to the sun we read: "Luminare maius vt praefit Vrbi et Orbi". Next to the moon: "Luminare minus vt subdatur vrbi et dominetur orbi". Between the sun and moon and their 'speech bubbles' are representations of the arms of Rome (cross-keys and a three-tiered crown) and Spain (castle and lion) knotted together. Under the knot is the Latin: "In vinculo pacis". On the bases of the pillars are the words ROMA and ESPAÑA. Next to ROMA are the initials P.P. and fe:. Between the bases are another set of arms linked together, above which is the tag "Imitamur stemmata Regia" and below which "In mutuo auxilio". At the very bottom we read "EN MADRID En la Imprenta Real".
